A graduate of culinary school, Shannon not only knows great food, but grew up in the wine business, achieving rigorous oenological expertise in France and Germany, and then closely mentoring chefs, servers and bartenders to genuinely understand food and wine at the highest levels. Together with Javier Pastrana, Food & Beverage Director, and Chef Rapicavoli, Shannon is committed to making Mayfair Grill the most thrilling and beloved restaurant in Miami’s vibrant Coconut Grove.
